Dispatch service are available to owner operators as an alternative to working as a lease operator for a larger corporation. A benefit of working with DY Logistics LLC dispatch is that we work with both brokerages and direct manufacturers to try to get the MOST money for your truck. You get more personal service and you save a lot more on fees.
We will provide you with great dispatchers willing to take the time to work with you and make sure you are getting the most out of your money for using our services. All dispatchers are CDL holders and/or have a background in trucking.
Our Dispatchers are here to help you by handling all communication with the broker/shipper, search load boards, complete all set up paperwork, process rate confirmations, check credit, provide invoices and paperwork to the broker/shipper for payment. Our dispatch will act as your agent in representing you and your company in the operations of your daily business while you drive and make money. All invoices will be made with your company heading and sent to the customer. All freight payments go directly to you.
We work with owner operators that have the following:
– Own their own truck and trailer.
– Can provide their own liability and cargo insurance with the limits required
Auto Liability – $1000000
Cargo – $100000
– Have their own MC and DOT number.
Our agreement to do business together covers the operational responsibilities and requirements expected of both parties and the power of attorney required for us to act as your representative.
Our fees our simple:
– 10% of the gross freight rate. (Discounts available for multiple trucks)
– $5.00 per invoice billed. *(This fee is waived if using a Factoring Service that pays us directly out of settlement)
We will invoice you each week. Terms are 7 days from the date of the invoice.
